The Opry's Mission

The Grace Ole Opry is a group of dedicated believers whose desire is to bring the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the joy of Christianity to your community. We want this to be a tool to first and foremost honor and worship the Lord Jesus Christ. We also want this to edify the saints and be a testimony to the community. What a great way for your church members to invite neighbors, co-workers, friends and family to visit your church and experience the love and joy of being a believer!

What We Offer

This is a fresh and unique event that will really be a special evening for one and all. Many church outreach programs are similar in that they use Christian comedians, magicians or hold Christian concerts. While The Grace Ole Opry certainly has music, it also has comedy, old-time commercials and drama in the format of an old-time radio program. We feel this is a unique and multi-faceted event that will bring forth fruit for your church and congregation.

How It Works

The Grace Ole Opry is a re-creation of a 1940's & 50's Grand Ole Opry radio program except that it uses all Gospel music. The Grace Ole Opry features bluegrass, country, blues and old time music performed with banjo, fiddle, guitar, dobro, harmonica, autoharp, and dulcimer. Minnie Pearl will be the Grand Mistress Of Ceremony and we will have many old-time commercials in-between songs and groups. The 3 -hour program moves along and flows easily as many performers and commercials complete what can be described only as a nostalgic and fun-filled evening that will take you back to the days when radio was king! It will surely delight all who come and it is a great way in which to invite family, friends, neighbors and co-workers to experience an evening of fun at church. The Opry is seeker friendly but will pronounce the Gospel all throughout the evening in song and music. A great way to get many in your community to come and experience your church in a fun, clean and exciting way. It is definitely an outreach event that will be remembered and talked about for months and years to come!

Set-up

We will come on Saturday morning and completely set-up your sanctuary including our own sound system. Your sound system will NOT BE TOUCHED and will remain ready for Sunday morning. We then will have some rehearsal and prayer time for that evening. We will run everything that night for the program. All you do is sit back and enjoy. All who come to visit your church will be handled as you wish.

The Gospel

The Gospel presentation can be handled many different ways:

  1. We can simply let the music and commentary between songs do the job if you want it more seeker friendly.
  2. We can have a Gospel presentation done for you so that it comes from us rather than you.
  3. You can completely be in charge of the Gospel presentation yourselves.
  4. Any other way that fits your mission and purpose.

We are there to serve first and foremost the Lord Jesus Christ as well as your church and your needs. We will meet with you and discuss this in detail as the date draws near. We have a "TEAM" of approximately 25-30 who will be serving you for this event.

For a completely fresh and unique outreach or entertainment event at your church and for your community, call or email us for a comprehensive discussion on how we may serve you.
